Please detail your requested dates, including the exact date of anticipated arrival at the house and your expected departure date. With this, we’ll see how many nights you need and for how many people.
A PayPal Request For Money will be emailed to you. This will request payment in full. Your security deposit can also be paid this way or CASH upon arrival. No exceptions to security deposit payment. Credit card payment for security deposit must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to check in. Cash security deposit will be collected at check in. Cash security deposit will be returned at check out. Credit card security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure, via PayPal.
